Apa itu Paket LED (Daya Tinggi)
Paket LED (Daya Tinggi) adalah teknologi pengemasan untuk chip LED berdaya tinggi. Teknologi ini, yang dikenal sebagai Chip On Board (COB), melibatkan pemasangan chip LED secara langsung ke Papan Sirkuit Cetak (PCB) menggunakan lem atau solder, dengan sambungan listrik yang dibuat melalui ikatan kawat. PCB dapat dibuat dari bahan FR-4 berbiaya rendah atau bahan dengan konduktivitas termal yang tinggi seperti substrat aluminium atau substrat keramik berlapis tembaga.
Teknologi COB terutama digunakan untuk mengemas susunan multi-chip berdaya tinggi, memungkinkan integrasi beberapa chip LED dalam satu paket. Integrasi ini meningkatkan kecerahan sekaligus mengurangi arus input yang diperlukan untuk masing-masing chip LED, sehingga menghasilkan efisiensi yang lebih baik.
