Qué son las ordenanzas (municipales)
Las ordenanzas (municipales) son reglamentos o normas aplicados por un municipio (gobierno local) en materia de prácticas de iluminación exterior. Estas ordenanzas se utilizan para controlar y garantizar la calidad del alumbrado dentro del municipio. Suelen publicarse en el código municipal, que es una recopilación de todas las leyes y reglamentos aplicables en una ciudad o municipio concreto. Los municipios desempeñan un papel en el fomento de prácticas responsables de iluminación exterior a través de ordenanzas, planificación, aplicación de códigos y Consejos Consultivos Medioambientales (CCA). Estas ordenanzas se aplican de forma activa e implican la participación de diversas entidades como la comisión de planificación, el ingeniero municipal, el responsable de la aplicación de los códigos, los consejos asesores medioambientales, las comisiones históricas y las juntas de parques y actividades recreativas para garantizar unas prácticas de iluminación responsables.
