Wat is vochtbestendige verlichting
Verlichting met vochtclassificatie is verlichting die ontworpen en gebouwd is om vocht en vochtigheid in binnen- of buitenomgevingen te weerstaan. Deze armaturen hebben een mate van bescherming tegen binnendringend water die helpt vocht en vloeistoffen af te stoten, waardoor ze geschikt zijn voor ruimtes waar vocht of af en toe contact met vloeistoffen voorkomt. Verlichting met een vochtigheidsclassificatie is echter niet bedoeld voor langdurige blootstelling aan natte omstandigheden, zoals directe regenval of onderdompeling in water.
Vochtbestendige verlichting biedt een veilige en betrouwbare verlichtingsoplossing voor ruimtes die gevoelig zijn voor vocht, zoals badkamers, wasruimtes of overdekte buitenruimtes.
