周波数とは
照明において周波数とは、光波が振動する速度、または1秒あたりのサイクルのことである。これは、以下のようなさまざまなタイプの光を表現するために使用される基本的な特性である。 電磁スペクトル.ヘルツ（Hz）で測定される周波数は、一定時間内に起こる波の繰り返し数を表す。周波数と波長の関係は逆で、波長が小さいほど周波数が高くなり、波長が大きいほど周波数が低くなる。この関係は、光の挙動と特性を理解する上で不可欠である。
