Was ist Lux?
Lux ist eine standardisierte Maßeinheit, die zur Quantifizierung der Lichtintensität verwendet wird. Sie ist die Einheit für beleuchtungsstärke. Sie stellt die Lichtmenge die auf eine bestimmte Fläche fällt. Einfacher ausgedrückt: Lux ist ein Maß für die Helligkeit. Je mehr Lumen auf einem Quadratmeter einer Fläche sind, desto höher sind die Lux-Werte, was auf eine hellere Beleuchtung hinweist. Umgekehrt bedeuten niedrigere Lux-Werte eine dunklere Beleuchtung.

Wie viel Lux gilt als helles Licht
Ein Belichtungsmesser misst die Beleuchtungsstärke in Lux (Lumen pro Quadratmeter). Geringes Licht liegt im Bereich von 270 bis 807 Lux, während mittleres Licht in den Bereich von 807 bis 1614 Lux fällt. Starkes Licht hingegen wird als im Bereich von 1614 bis 10764 Lux liegend eingestuft.
