非常用バッテリー・バックアップとは
非常用バッテリー・バックアップとは、停電や故障の際にも運転を継続できるようにする照明器具によく見られる機能のこと。建物が通常の電力を失った場合、この機能を備えた照明器具は非常モードに切り替わり、バックアップ・バッテリーを利用して、重要な安全エリア、避難経路、安全設備に照明を提供します。これらのバックアップ電池は、非常灯、避難誘導標識、またはその両方に、最低90分間電力を供給するように設計されています。
