受光ルーメンとは
受光ルーメンは、強い照明条件下での人間の目の感度を考慮した光出力の測定値である。人間の目が知覚する光の量を表す用語である。色覚や高輝度光の知覚をつかさどる視細胞である目の錐体は、日中や照明条件が高いと予想されるときに非常に活発に活動する。
