什么是 LED 芯片
LED 芯片又称 LED 芯片,是一种小型半导体器件,是 LED 的核心部件。它负责将电能转换成光能。LED 芯片由半导体材料构成,通常是砷化镓(GaAs)或氮化镓(GaN),掺入杂质后可产生所需的电气特性。
当向 LED 芯片施加电流时,电流会通过一个 PN 結它由两种不同类型的半导体材料结合而成。在 PN 结处,电子和空穴重新结合,以光子(即光粒子)的形式释放能量。这一过程被称为电致发光。
