Rayzeek has implemented routine firmware refinements to the embedded microcontroller (MCU) code across its motion and occupancy sensor product lines. This continuous optimization is aimed at improving general detection stability and reducing susceptibility to ambient environmental interference in everyday installations.
In practical indoor environments, factors such as airflow from nearby vents, seasonal room temperature variations, and ambient thermal drafts can occasionally affect infrared detection. Drawing from regular installer feedback and real-world application testing, our engineering team periodically tunes the internal signal processing thresholds in standard production batches. These adjustments help sensors maintain consistent response behavior and reduce unwanted light cycling caused by minor environmental disturbances.
