CIE란?
CIE(국제조명위원회)는 조명 및 조명 분야의 전 세계적인 협력과 정보 교환을 전담하는 기관입니다. 1900년에 국제조명위원회로 설립되어 광도측정학1913년 CIE로 재편된 이후 빛과 조명 분야에서 최고의 권위를 인정받고 있습니다.
CIE의 주요 목표는 빛과 조명과 관련된 문제에 대한 국제적 논의를 촉진하고, 이 분야의 계측을 위한 표준과 절차를 개발하며, 국제 및 국가 표준의 원칙과 절차 적용에 대한 지침을 제공하고, 빛과 조명의 다양한 측면에 대한 보고서와 간행물을 발행하는 것입니다.
