メタルハライド（Mh）とは
メタルハライド（MH）は、高輝度放電（HID）ランプの一種で、照明業界、特に屋内園芸用途で一般的に使用されています。このランプは、ガス状水銀とメタルハライドの混合物を利用して青白い光を発生させ、植物の生長を促進し、青々とした葉を茂らせます。
