什么是紫外线
紫外线（UV）是电磁辐射的一种形式，介于 可見光 和 X 射线 電磁頻譜.它的波长比可见光短，能量比可见光高，因此人眼看不见。紫外线根据波长可分为三种类型：UVA、UVB 和 UVC。

UVA 在三种类型中波长最长，对人体的伤害最小。它能使人晒黑，常用于日光浴浴床。UVB 波长较短，可导致晒伤和皮肤损伤。长期暴露在 UVB 辐射下会增加患皮肤癌的风险。紫外线波长最短，对生物体的危害最大。幸运的是，大部分紫外线辐射会被地球大气层吸收，不会到达地表。
紫外线是由太阳自然发出的，对人体产生各种影响。它是产生维生素 D 的必要条件，而维生素 D 对骨骼健康非常重要。然而，过度暴露在紫外线下会导致有害影响，如晒伤、过早衰老和增加患皮肤癌的风险。
