O que é o Sensor de Luz
A sensor de luz, também conhecido como sensor de foto ou sensor fotoelétrico, é um dispositivo que detecta e mede a presença ou ausência de luz. É um instrumento fotoelétrico que converte energia luminosa ou fótons do espectro infravermelho ao ultravioleta em um sinal elétrico, geralmente na forma de elétrons. O sensor de luz gera um sinal de saída elétrica que corresponde à energia luminosa de entrada.
Sensores de luz funcionam com base no princípio do efeito fotoelétrico, onde certos materiais emitem elétrons quando expostos à luz. Eles utilizam esse efeito para detectar e medir a luz. Sensores de luz usam um material sensível à luz, como um fotodiodo ou um fototransistor, que gera uma corrente elétrica quando exposto à luz. A intensidade da luz determina a magnitude da corrente gerada.
