에디슨 스크류란?
에디슨 나사는 전구 개발에 중요한 역할을 한 미국의 유명한 발명가인 토마스 앨바 에디슨의 이름을 딴 전구 베이스 디자인입니다. 백열 전구. 에디슨 나사 피팅은 중앙 접점이 있는 소켓과 암 나사 리셉터클, 한쪽 끝에 수 나사 패턴이 있는 전구로 구성됩니다. 이 디자인 덕분에 전구를 소켓에 나사로 조이기만 하면 쉽게 설치하고 제거할 수 있습니다.

에디슨 나사는 다양한 크기로 제공되며, 각 크기는 문자 "E"와 베이스 지름(밀리미터)으로 구분됩니다. 예를 들어, 미국에서 가장 일반적인 가정용 전구는 베이스 지름이 26mm(약 1.02인치)인 E26입니다. 유럽 및 기타 240v 전기가 사용되는 지역에서는 E27이 더 일반적으로 사용됩니다.
E26 및 E27 사이즈 외에도 E11 및 E12와 같은 작은 사이즈가 일반적으로 촛대 전구에 사용되며, E17 및 E14와 같은 중간 사이즈도 사용할 수 있습니다. E39 및 E40과 같은 더 큰 사이즈는 골리앗 또는 모굴 전구라고 합니다. 에디슨 나사 베이스가 E11보다 작거나 E40보다 큰 전구는 덜 일반적이며 특수 용도로 사용됩니다. 이러한 크기는 일반적으로 120v 또는 240v 전기와 함께 사용됩니다.
