디밍(PWM 제어)이란?
조광 (PWM 제어)는 펄스 폭 변조(PWM) 신호를 사용하여 광원, 특히 LED의 밝기를 조절하는 데 사용되는 방법입니다. PWM 디밍은 전기 신호를 켜짐과 꺼짐 상태로 빠르게 전환하여 평균 공급 전력을 효과적으로 줄입니다. 이는 신호의 높은(ON) 상태와 낮은(OFF) 상태의 지속 시간을 조정하여 달성할 수 있습니다.
출력 전력을 변경하여 LED를 어둡게 하는 아날로그 디밍 방식과 달리 PWM 디밍은 주어진 시간에 LED에 전체 전압을 공급하거나 전력을 공급하지 않는 방식으로 작동합니다. 예를 들어, PWM 신호는 12V를 지속적으로 공급하는 대신 특정 시간 동안 10V를 공급하여 더 낮은 밝기 수준을 달성할 수 있습니다.
