내후성이란?
내후성이란 다음을 의미합니다. 조명 기구 또는 제품 다양한 기상 조건에 대한 노출을 견딜 수 있도록 특별히 설계되었습니다. 이러한 날씨 조건에는 비, 물보라, 습기 및 기타 실외 요소가 포함될 수 있습니다. '내후성'이라는 용어는 조명 제품이 이러한 환경적 요인에 노출되더라도 계속 제대로 작동할 수 있는 기능과 소재로 제작되었음을 나타냅니다.

조명 제품의 방수 등급을 결정하기 위해 일반적으로 IP(Ingress Protection) 등급 시스템이 사용됩니다. IP 등급은 두 자리 숫자로 구성되며, 각 숫자는 보호의 다른 측면을 나타냅니다. 첫 번째 숫자는 단단한 물체에 대한 보호 수준을 나타내고, 두 번째 숫자는 방수 수준을 나타냅니다.
IP65 등급은 조명 제품이 "방수" 등급임을 의미합니다. 즉, 어느 방향에서든 물이 튀어도 견딜 수 있다는 뜻입니다. 그러나 IP65 등급 조명은 완전 방수가 아니므로 물에 담가서는 안 된다는 점에 유의해야 합니다. 반면에 언급된 가장 높은 수준의 내후성은 IP68입니다. IP68 등급의 조명 제품은 "방수" 등급으로 간주되며 최대 3미터 깊이의 물에 영구적으로 잠기는 것을 견딜 수 있습니다. 이러한 조명은 강우량이 많거나 더 높은 수준의 방수 기능이 필요한 지역에 적합합니다.
