スマート電球とは
スマート電球とは、照明のカスタマイズ、スケジューリング、遠隔操作を可能にするインターネット対応のLED電球である。ホームオートメーションやモノのインターネット（IoT）製品の一種で、近年人気を集めている。スマート電球は、Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、ZigBee、または独自の接続など、さまざまなホームオートメーションシステムと統合できるように設計されている。この統合により、ユーザーはモバイル・アプリやホーム／ビルディング・オートメーション・ハブを通じて電球を制御することができる。個々の電球は、明るさの調整や色の変更など、特定の方法で出力を変更するようにプログラムすることができる。一部のスマート電球は、内蔵カメラ、内蔵スピーカー、プレゼンス検知機能を備えている。つまり、照明としてだけでなく、セキュリティ機器やオーディオソースとしても機能する。
