就 IES 标准 60929 附件 E 而言，它最初是为调光镇流器照明设计的，但也适用于 LED 驱动器控制电压由受控制的设备提供。然后，控制器会降低返回照明装置的电压，从而产生不同程度的光照强度。当返回电压为 10V 时，光照强度最高，而当返回电压降至 1V 以下时，光照强度最低。
