컬러 품질 척도(CQS)란?

CQS(컬러 품질 척도)는 조명 업계에서 색상을 평가하는 데 사용되는 측정 시스템입니다. 광원의 색 품질특히 솔리드 스테이트 조명. CRI(연색성 지수)의 한계와 비판을 해결하기 위해 CRI의 대안으로 개발되었습니다. 원래 형광등과 백열등용으로 설계된 CRI는 LED 램프에 적용할 경우 신뢰성이 떨어지는 것으로 밝혀졌습니다.

CQS는 고체 광원의 연색성을 보다 정확하게 측정하기 위해 2010년에 미국 국립표준기술연구소(NIST)에서 개발했습니다. 8가지 불포화 파스텔 색상만 평가하는 CRI와 달리 CQS는 확장된 색 영역에서 일반 물체 색상의 범위를 보다 정확하게 표현하는 15가지 색상을 평가합니다. 이렇게 확장된 색상 샘플 세트를 통해 CQS는 보다 포괄적이고 컬러 렌더링의 미묘한 평가.
