Cette forme sp\u00e9cifique permet un contr\u00f4le et une direction pr\u00e9cis de la lumi\u00e8re, ce qui en fait un choix populaire dans l'industrie de l'\u00e9clairage. Les paralumes sont couramment utilis\u00e9s dans les luminaires encastr\u00e9s.
