Geb\u00e4ude m\u00fcssen der Bauordnung entsprechen, um eine Baugenehmigung zu erhalten, in der Regel von einer Gemeindeverwaltung.<\/p><p>Energievorschriften wie IECC (The International Energy Conservation Code) und ASHRAE (The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) stellen genaue Anforderungen an die Verwendung von Sensoren in Gewerbe- und Wohngeb\u00e4uden.<\/p><p>In diesem Artikel werden wir haupts\u00e4chlich \u00fcber den IECC-Code sprechen.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-iecc\">Was ist IECC<\/h2><p>Der International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) ist eine vom International Code Council im Jahr 2000 erstellte Bauvorschrift. Die Allgemeinbeleuchtung in anderen unbesetzten Zonen innerhalb des Gro\u00dfraumb\u00fcros darf sich mit h\u00f6chstens 20 Prozent der vollen Leistung einschalten oder unbeeinflusst bleiben (aktualisiert aus 2018).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>Die Steuerungen m\u00fcssen die allgemeine Beleuchtung in allen Kontrollzonen automatisch innerhalb von 20 Minuten ausschalten, nachdem alle Personen den Gro\u00dfraumb\u00fcrobereich verlassen haben.
