Er ist eine unkomplizierte und weit verbreitete Schalteroption. Im Gegensatz zu zweipoligen Schaltern, die eher in industriellen Umgebungen zu finden sind, werden einpolige Schalter in der Regel in Wohngeb\u00e4uden und kleinen gewerblichen Anwendungen eingesetzt.<\/p><p>Ein einpoliger Lichtschalter besteht aus zwei Messingklemmen und einem Kippschalter, der mit den Positionen EIN und AUS gekennzeichnet ist. Diese Schalter verf\u00fcgen in der Regel auch \u00fcber eine Erdungsschraube, die mit dem Erdungskabel des Stromkreises verbunden wird. Der Schalter hat die Aufgabe, den Stromfluss zu der angeschlossenen Leuchte oder Steckdose zu steuern.
