Hvad er Potentiometer<\/h2>

Et potentiometer er en komponent, der bruges i elektriske kredsl\u00f8b, og som fungerer som en variabel modstand. Det bruges ofte som lysd\u00e6mper til LED-drivere, hvilket giver mulighed for at styre LED-lysstyrken ved at justere modstanden. Potentiometeret best\u00e5r af et resistivt element, en glidekontakt (ogs\u00e5 kendt som en visker) og tre terminaler. Det resistive element er typisk en lang strimmel af materiale med en h\u00f8j modstandsv\u00e6rdi, mens glidekontakten kan flyttes langs strimlen og \u00e6ndre m\u00e6ngden af modstand i kredsl\u00f8bet.<\/p>

Ved at justere glidekontaktens position kan sp\u00e6ndingen eller modstanden \u00e6ndres, hvilket resulterer i variation af str\u00f8mmen, der l\u00f8ber gennem LED-driveren.
